Scope of Work: The Office of Strategic Planning and Management Operations (OSPMO) was seeking a value-engineered renovation of 2,700 square feet of office space. The objective of the renovation was to build an integrated and collaborative secure government environment with increased flexibility and efficiency to operate the organization’s mission.
