Scope of Work: The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute sought out services to convert existing lab spaces into a Tissue Culture room. The room would be a fully‐ functional Biosafety Level 2 (BSL‐2) space with two biosafety cabinets, and a bench and floor space for equipment.
